3R Academy — Nepal Health Exam Prep · Effective 4 July 2026

In short: 3R Academy works without an account — your access code, progress, bookmarks and review schedule stay on your own device. Optionally, you can sign in with your email to sync those across your devices; if you do, we store your email and that data in your own private account and nothing else.

Who we are

3R Academy is a study companion for Nepal's health examinations (Loksewa, Council licensing and entrance exams), created by Dr. Mukesh Adhikari. It is available as a website (3r.mukeshadhikari.com) and as an installable app.

Information stored on your device

To make the app work, the following is saved locally in your browser/app storage and stays on your device:

If you do not sign in, this information is not transmitted to us or to any server. It exists only on the device you use, and you can remove it at any time (see “Deleting your data”).

Accounts and sync (optional)

You may optionally create an account by signing in with your email address. We use a one-tap email login link (no password). If you sign in:

This data is stored securely with our authentication and database provider (Supabase) and is protected so that only you can access your own records. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. You can delete your account and its data at any time by contacting us.

Information we do not collect

Third-party services

Children's privacy

The app is intended for candidates preparing for professional health examinations. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them.

Deleting your data

Because everything is stored locally, you can erase it yourself at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser settings, or by uninstalling the app from your device. There is no server-side account for us to delete.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest version.
